1998 to provide Civil
Engineering services to Local
Government, Highways and
Utilities clients. Today the
company offers a wide range of
services that include
Telecommunications network
and High Voltage cable
installations along with
pedestrianisation and urban
Regeneration schemes.
JSM are able to provide full
project management and possess
the appropriate skills for all
aspects cable laying / jointing and
duct installation with full
reinstatement, as well as having
considerable experience in City
centre pedestrianisation and
Traffic calming projects.

The primary focus of the
company is to deliver a quality
service from the initial enquiry
through to completion and in
this respect the directors have
concentrated on building the
competencies and skills of those
around them and most
importantly devoting the
requisite time and effort to
achieve the appropriate BSI,
Environmental and Health &
Safety certifications.
