Stuart as Managing Director of JSM has worked at Senior Management level for over 15 years, and
held Project Management positions since 1985. He is a highly experienced Director with
comprehensive business knowledge, management and budgetary skills. A creative thinker with
sound leadership ability and a proven aptitude in commercial and strategic planning, With the JSM
team he has focused on providing a service to meet client expectations, focusing on performance,
quality, culture, customer service and legislative compliance.

JOHN SCANLON - Operations Director

John is a Joint founder of JSM construction with over 25 years experience in Civil Engineering and
the overall management of varying sized contracts. He has a very broad knowledge and experience
in many civil engineering contracts. He has worked on many high quality projects within the United
Kingdom, which have included numerous utility and street refurbishment contracts.

MARK SCANLON - Transport Director

Joint founder of the company with over 20 years experience within Civil Engineering and in major
project work involving plant, equipment and specialist construction vehicles. Mark is a highly
experienced professional whose expertise has been gained from working on civil engineering
projects. He has worked in construction management on numerous high profile contracts both
Internationally and within the United Kingdom. Projects have ranged in size and include such
contracts as the Jubilee Line upgrade within London Underground.
